Our growth reflects our commitment to quality and global reach, with additional branches now located in Manama, Bahrain, and Khobar, Saudi Arabia, enabling us to serve clients across the Middle East and beyond.

TUS Consulting Group is comprised of Nadcap and ISO/AS9100 Lead Auditors with +26 years of professional experience and hundreds of audits. TUS has in-depth knowledge of all major aerospace heat treating systems and processes as well as ISO / AS9100 Quality System.

TUS offers Wide range of consulting services: From NADCAP Audit preparation to NADCAP accreditation as well as Continuous improvements. Training courses (Classroom & Shop Floor Instruction) taught by TUS team members include Basic Heat treatment, NADCAP Audit preparation, Introduction to pyrometry, Root Cause/Corrective Action, Contract Review and preparation courses for all of the relevant disciplines covered (Groups or Individual “One on One” Instruction).

Our Lead Consultant, Dr. Sam Kabatilo, is an x – NADCAP Heat Treatment Lead Auditor, certified eQuaLearn instructor, and ISO 9001/AS9100 Lead Auditor. With more than 35 years of heat treatment, calibration, auditing, consulting, and hands-on expertise, Sam brings a rare depth of knowledge to our clients, ensuring high-impact support and guidance throughout the NADCAP audit process.
